Question.

Now that I received my Papertrends covers, how do I put them on my Chromebook/laptop?

Answer.

  1. Prep: Wipe the Chromebook lid with a clean, dry cloth.

  2. Identify: Find the front of the cover — the Papertrends logo is stamped on top.

  3. Peel: Remove the backing paper (marked [Ex. REMOVE BACK 70lb]).

  4. Apply: Line up the cover by eye, center it on the lid, and press down.

  5. Smooth: Use your hand to flatten the cover and stick it in place.

 

Sizes & Fit

Q. Do Papertrends covers fit all devices?
A. At this time, Papertrends covers are available in one standard size designed to fit most Chromebooks. Please check your device dimensions before ordering.

Q. What if I ordered the wrong size?
A. Currently, we only offer one size. Please confirm your Chromebook dimensions before purchase, as we cannot offer exchanges or credits for size selection errors.

Refunds & Returns

Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Because Papertrends covers are custom-use items, we do not accept returns once they’ve been opened or used.

Q. What if my Papertrends covers arrive damaged or defective?
A. We stand behind our products. If you receive a damaged or defective cover, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll issue a store credit for 50% of the purchase price toward your next order.

Q. Can I get a refund instead of store credit?
A. At this time, we only offer store credit (not refunds) on eligible claims. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future Papertrends purchase.

Q. How do I start a claim for a damaged or defective product?
A. Email us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review your claim and issue store credit if eligible.

Q. Can students decorate the covers with anything?
A.  Yes-  Papertrends covers are made for creativity. Students can draw, doodle, and design with pencils, pens, and markers. Please Check in item descriptions which paper covers are best for your medium choice.

Q. Are the covers removable?
A. Yes — Papertrends covers can be peeled off cleanly without leaving residue on the Chromebook.
